To Begin Again...

As I sit here, I ponder over whether to do what's on one list or the other. Ever find yourself with more than one list? What do you do about it?


Instead of spending time on the two list, how about investing time to consolidate the two lists into one.


First, sit back in your seat, and take a deep belly breath. Take another breath, this time fill your belly as you inhale and empty your belly on the exhale. Slowly breathe a few more times.
